Influencer marketing

A three-sided marketplace: stores, creators and shoppers, each with their own portal.

A store lists products and commission rules. A creator picks what matches their audience and gets their own tracked link. A shopper clicks and buys, and the commission settles itself. Behind it runs a system that finds creators, scores their audience and filters out the unsuitable ones, checks reputation and measures campaign performance. Payments run through Stripe Connect, stores connect via Shopify or WooCommerce. Each of the three sides has its own portal, its own rules and its own view of the same data.

Slovenia's first self-portrait mirror studio — and the site that fills it.

It opened in December 2024 and was the first of its kind here. You photograph yourself in front of a mirror, choosing the pose and the moment, and you take every photo and RAW file home within a minute. Everything around it is ours: the site, the booking, the gallery and the delivery. Because the studio is ours, nothing here ends in guesswork — what on the site brings a booking and what does not, we test on our own slots and our own money. What works here we offer to clients; what does not stays here. Right now it is our liveliest project.

PWA · billing

Three players in one session, each on a different package. The billing has to come out to the cent.

One pays from a prepaid package, one from credit, one ends up owing — and then somebody cancels the day before. The heart of the system isn't the calendar, it's the billing engine, and it has a test for every case in the spec. A money bug costs more than a scheduling bug.

Morphame

Accounting

Photograph an invoice; the software reads it, checks it against the tax office and prepares the posting.

Our own product for accounting firms. Invoice headers and line items are extracted from a PDF, a scan or a photo, then checked against the tax office, converted to e-SLOG 2.0 and pre-posted. Many clients run on one installation, where data separation is a property of the model and not a filter in a view — one forgotten filter would mean a client seeing somebody else's books.

Marketing site

A marketing site for an accounting firm.

The accounting firm is our client, not our business: we built their website and nothing else. It has one job — bring the enquiries in and explain what the firm does. It has nothing to do with Morphame beyond the fact that the firm also uses it.

In Situ

An optician thinks they know where their frames are. In Situ knows — every item, all the time.

The distributor puts the tag on the frame; antennas in the shop know at all times which zone each individual item is in: on the wall, at the mirror, in the workshop, out on loan or at the door. We join that to the sales history in the existing ERP, which we neither change nor write to. The stocktake stops being an event, a short delivery is known before the note is signed, and the door only speaks up for what has not been sold. The salesperson makes not one extra click.

Orders from other people's shops that must not arrive twice and must not vanish.

WooCommerce and Shopify will happily send the same order twice, and sometimes send nothing at all. Every request is signed with a timestamp and rejected if it is older than five minutes, so nobody can replay it. On our side the same order can arrive a hundred times and stay one.

Studio27 Booking

Bookings

A booking system that has to survive two people clicking the same slot at once.

Slots of different lengths, two rooms, cancellation rules and prices that change by day — no off-the-shelf calendar does that. The hard part wasn't the logic, it was the staff console: usable on a single screen while a customer stands in front of you waiting.

Studio27 Gallery

Content delivery

Five hundred photos from camera to customer with nobody in between.

A program on the photo station watches a folder and forwards every new file. When a session closes they package themselves and the customer gets a link to their gallery. The photographer does nothing but take pictures — which was the whole point.

Reads the mail, the calendar and the inquiries, sorts them and drafts the reply. A human sends it.

Everything that happens becomes one row in one table — an email, a calendar event, an inquiry, a production error. Agents triage it and draft the replies. Nothing outbound leaves without a single click, and every model call is logged with its cost against a daily budget.

Mental preparation for athletes, plus a system that interviews the client for us.

An app for athletes' mental preparation, with two more in the works. Alongside it came a piece we use ourselves: the system interviews the client, turns the answers into a project plan and drafts the quote. What used to take two meetings and three days now happens during a single conversation.

Delivery notes read themselves; a report arrives by asking in a chat.

For a wholesale company. Delivery notes and documents read themselves, with no manual re-typing. Analytics is on demand: an employee asks in a chat and gets a table back instead of waiting for somebody who can write the query. The data stays inside the company, on their own hardware.
